Does the plugin work with custom WooCommerce themes?

Yes. The GetCAPI plugin uses native WooCommerce hooks and does not depend on your theme. It works with any theme including Storefront, Astra, Flatsome, and custom-built themes.

Will it slow down my WordPress site?

No. Events are sent server-side asynchronously using wp_remote_post with a non-blocking flag. The plugin adds zero JavaScript to your frontend and does not affect page load time.

Does it work with WooCommerce Subscriptions and other plugins?

Yes. GetCAPI captures events via WooCommerce core hooks, so it works with WooCommerce Subscriptions, WooCommerce Memberships, and other plugins that create orders through the standard WooCommerce flow.

How do I verify events are being sent correctly?

Enable Debug Mode in the WP Admin settings page. This logs every outgoing event with the full payload. You can also verify in real time from the GetCAPI dashboard event stream and check the Meta Events Manager test events tool.
